Studio Bookings & Packages

Studio Bookings & Recordings

  1. Crukces charges extra for Extended Timings i.e. Late Night/Early morning. Please get in touch with the studio for current booth rates.
  2. Regular Timings (RT/RTC/OSRT) are from 1100-2100 hours Mondays till Sundays.
    Extended Timings (ET/OSET) are from 2100-1100 hours Mondays till Sundays.
  3. The session time shall start at the booking time/visit time/setup time of the client, whichever is earlier.
  4. Sessions can be rescheduled outside 48 hours before the scheduled start time for no charge.
  5. Rescheduling the session within 48 hours upto 2 hours before the start time shall attract 50% of the booked session cost, 1 hour of booth charges in Studio B or 2 hours of booth charges in Studio A/ Studio C whichever is higher as a rescheduling/cancellation fee.
  6. For bulk package sessions in Studio A, Studio B or Studio C, only one session can be consumed per calendar day.
  7. Sessions rescheduled within 2 hours of the scheduled start time, Sessions booked on Sundays and any other festive days indicated by the studio in writing before booking, shall attract 100% of the booked session cost as a rescheduling/cancellation fee.
  8. For active Club Crukces Members, the cancellation/rescheduling penalty shall be levied as per their membership terms and conditions.
  9. The client has to pay 100% of add-on costs as a penalty for any rescheduled/canceled sessions.
  10. We generally deliver the recording files within 2 business days (Weekdays). Should you require the files earlier, please place a request with the recording engineer and we’ll be happy to accommodate your request if the timelines allow!
  11. For active Club Crukces Members, the delivery of files shall be done as per the timelines mentioned in the membership.
  12. For sessions extending beyond the prebooked time, the client shall be charged as per the prevailing studio rates. Please ask any of our staff to know the current applicable charges.
  13. Editing/compiling charges are extra and are billed as per the consumed studio time.
  14. For Video Shoots/ Workshops / Special Requests, the studio may ask the client for a security deposit which shall be refunded within 7 days upon completion of their session if there is no damage to the studio property. Crukces reserves the right to hold the Security Deposit in case of any damages done to the studio property by the client.
  15. In case of any breakage/damages to the studio property, the client shall be liable to pay in full for repairs or replacement. By booking a session at Crukces Studios, the client agrees that the cost indicated by the studio for repair/replacement is final. It cannot be negotiated and no disputes can be raised for the shared cost. This cost must be paid to the studio within 7 days of the session date. If not paid within 7 days, the studio reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings for recovery of the money at their preferred jurisdiction. The client shall also be charged all legal, statutory & time-billing expenses.
  16. Any recording files/files generated at the session in the studio are the property of Crukces Studios Pvt Ltd until the payment for the session has been made in full.
  17. The studio shall release the recording files only upon complete payments. If the client and studio are under a contract, the terms and conditions outlined in the contract shall prevail.

Artist's Package

  1. Songs exceeding three minutes’ length will incur a charge of 5000/- for every one exceeded minute. Any amount of increment in the duration of the song will be rounded to the next minute.
  2. Additional studio hours can be purchased as per the current prevailing charges.
  3. Recording time can be availed in 1 slot of 2 hours.
  4. Recording Time can only be utilized for vocal recording and instruments for the particular song. Processing charges for instruments recorded on the client’s end shall be indicated by the studio upon inspection of the files.
  5. The Artist’s Package carries a maximum project time of 30 days. The starting date of the project will be marked from the first file delivery date/ first recording/practice session / meeting whichever is earlier. The client will have to pay 5000/- per month as a retainer charge for extending the project timeline.
  6. Processing for additional Backing Layers will be chargeable at 1000/- per layer.

Digital Package

  1. Songs exceeding four minutes’ length will incur a charge of 7000/- for every one exceeded minute. Any amount of increment in the duration of the song will be rounded to the next minute.
  2. Additional studio hours can be purchased as per the current prevailing charges.
  3. Recording time can be availed in minimum slots of 2 hours and maximum slots of 4 hours.
  4. Recording Time can only be utilized for vocal recording and instruments for the particular song. Processing charges for instruments recorded on the client’s end shall be indicated by the studio upon inspection of the files.
  5. The Digital Package carries a maximum project time of 60 days. The starting date of the project will be marked from the first file delivery date/ first recording/practice session / meeting whichever is earlier. The client will have to pay 5000/- per month as a retainer charge for extending the project timeline.
  6. The project duration for packages/bulk projects is as per contract.
  7. Processing for additional Vocal/Backing Layers will be chargeable at 1000/- per layer.

  1. Songs exceeding seven minutes’ length will incur a charge of 10000/- for every one exceeded minute. Any amount of increment in the duration of the song will be rounded to the next minute.
  2. Additional studio hours & guitarist sessions can be purchased as per the current prevailing charges.
  3. Recording time can be availed in minimum slots of 2 hours and maximum slots of 4 hours.
  4. Recording time can be utilized for multi-mic audio & video recordings.
  5. The Crimson Package carries a maximum project time of 90 days. The starting date of the project will be marked from the first file delivery date/ first recording/practice session / meeting whichever is earlier. Karaoke Package

  1. Songs exceeding three minutes’ length will incur a charge of 1000/- for every one exceeded minute. Any amount of increment in the duration of the song will be rounded to the next minute.
  2. Additional studio hours can be purchased as per the current prevailing charges.
  3. The Karaoke Package carries a maximum project time of 15 days. The starting date of the project will be marked from the first production demo delivery date/ first recording/practice session whichever is earlier. Revision costs indicated by the studio upon inspection shall apply upon expiry of project time.
  4. Recording time can be availed in 1 slot of 1 hour. Recording Time can only be utilized for vocal recording for one song.
  5. Extra Vocal Processing for all lead Vocal/Backing Layers will be chargeable at 1000/- per layer.
  6. An upgrade to Hybrid Mixing for the karaoke project can be purchased for 1000/- per song.
  7. Karaoke Recording Package/Vouchers have a maximum validity of one year from the date of issue. The studio shall not redeem expired vouchers.
  8. For Karaoke Recording Package/Vouchers, these terms and conditions override the ones mentioned on the backside of every voucher.

Voice Overs

  1. The charges quoted are for the indicated project requirements. Additions, changes, or modifications to the voice-over, including but not limited to, the voice talent, the vision of the project, script length, script language, background scoring requirements, processing, and editing may attract additional charges as indicated by the studio.
  2. Modification/Addition in the script will not be allowed in package costs after recording initiation.
  3. All projects carry unlimited mixing & editing revisions for locked script and deliverables for a period of 7 days until otherwise specified.
  4. Please specify audio requirements (if any) before starting the project. Crukces shall not be responsible for mismatched configurations. Our studio delivers all files in .WAV adhering to the following standards.
    48KHz | 24 bits | Stereo | -16-18 LUFSi | 0.0dB True Peak | Unditherd Masters.

5 Stem Mixing & Mastering

  1. Songs exceeding four minutes’ length will incur an additional mixing charge of 1500/- for every exceeded minute. Any amount of increment in the duration of the song will be rounded to the next minute.
  2. Revisions for mixing & mastering will lapse after 30 days from the delivery of the first mix. The client will have to pay additional charges as indicated by the studio for additional revisions.
  3. Processing for additional Vocal/Backing Layers will be chargeable at 1500/- per layer set.
  4. Changes in stems/approach/references/sound signature leading to a major change in the mixing approach shall be counted as a new project.
  5. For a project with more than 5 stems, the project files shall be inspected and a customized quotation shall be shared with the client.
  6. An extended set of Mastering file variants will cost 3000/- extra. The extended set in addition to Standard Master Set includes :-

Mixing & Mastering (Stereo & Atmos)

  1. Songs exceeding seven minutes’ length will incur an additional mixing charge of 4000/- for every exceeded minute. Any amount of increment in the duration of the song will be rounded to the next minute.
  2. Revisions for mixing & mastering will lapse after 30 days from the delivery of the first mix. The client will have to pay additional charges as indicated by the studio for additional revisions.
  3. Changes in approach/references/sound signature leading to a major change in the mixing approach shall be counted as a new project.
  4. For a project with more than 50 stems, the project files shall be inspected and a customized quotation shall be shared with the client.

STEM Files / Project Files

  1. STEM Files for the project (Normal & Fx) shall be delivered to the client free of charge if the request is placed within project time.
  2. Delivery charges shall apply for any file generation/rendering/delivery after expiry of project time.
  3. DAW files of the Production & Mixing are the work product & property of Crukces Studios and shall not be released to the client.

Club Crukces

Benefits Redemption

  1. To redeem Club Crukces Membership Benefits the primary member/guests must carry their membership card to the studio. Physical presence of any one cardholder is required to claim Club Crukces Membership Benefits and Vouchers.
  2. To redeem the Club Crukces Membership Complementary Vouchers, Physical Vouchers must be carried to the studio.
  3. In case of lost/missing vouchers, Crukces shall not issue duplicate/new vouchers.
  4. In case of a lost/missing Club Crukces Membership Card, the member needs to apply for a new card by contacting the studio. The charge for issuing a new card is 1500/- + GST.
  5. Club Crukces Membership Complementary Vouchers cannot be combined/exchanged for cash/additional discounts/benefits.

Karaoke/Reel Voucher

  1. Each Karaoke/Reel Voucher can only be redeemed once.
  2. Each voucher is printed on a 250GSM non-tearable paper. The studio may decline to redeem a damaged / smudged voucher with the voucher code not clearly visible.
  3. Each Voucher redeemed for Karaoke Includes – One Hour of Recording Time (Studio B), One Lead Vocal Layer Pitch & Time Processing, Hybrid Mixing & Mastering, 7 Days of Unlimited Revisions for one Karaoke Song of a maximum of 3 minutes.
  4. The Client will have to carry their own Karaoke Track.
  5. Each Voucher redeemed for the Reel Includes – Digital Production (max 10 layers), One Hour of Recording Time (Studio B), One Lead Vocal Layer Pitch & Time Processing, Hybrid Mixing & Mastering, 15 Days of Project Time for one reel of maximum 60 seconds.
  6. The Reel Voucher can only be redeemed for a Cover Song. Free Extended Track Length is not valid on Reels.
  7. Song once decided & initiated in the studio cannot be altered for both reels and karaoke packages.
  8. Additional Services shall constitute all additional services not mentioned above as part of the package and shall be billed at current prevailing studio charges. Please contact the studio for the same.

Studio A Recording Upgrade Voucher

  1. Each Studio A Recording Upgrade Voucher can only be redeemed once.
  2. Each voucher is printed on a 250GSM non-tearable paper. The studio may decline to redeem a damaged / smudged voucher with the voucher code not clearly visible.
  3. Each Voucher can be redeemed for one hour of Recording Upgrade from Studio B to Studio A.
  4. Studio A Recording Upgrade Vouchers can only be utilized in 1-hour increments on Pre-Paid Bookings between 1100-2100 hours from Mondays to Sundays. Partial or On-Spot Redemption of any voucher is not possible.
  5. In the event of any Rescheduling/Cancellation of recordings within 24 hours, the Studio A Recording Upgrade Voucher shall be considered fully consumed and cannot be redeemed again.
  6. Redemption of Studio A Recording Upgrade Voucher is only upon realized payments of Recording Sessions.

Hybrid Mixing Upgrade/ 5 STEM Mixing Vouchers

  1. Each Hybrid Mixing Upgrade / 5 STEM Mixing Voucher can only be redeemed once.
  2. Each voucher is printed on a 250GSM non-tearable paper. The studio may decline to redeem a damaged / smudged voucher with the voucher code not clearly visible.
  3. Incase of being used for hybrid mixing upgrade, each voucher includes upgrading the mixing and mastering of any one song from digital mixing and mastering to hybrid mixing and mastering.
  4. Any changes in the stems/production/beat after approval & start of the project shall attract additional costs advised by the studio upon inspection of the changes.
  5. Hybrid Mixing can only be upgraded on Artist’s Package or Digital Package.
  6. Hybrid Mixing upgrade is only valid for Stereo Mixing & Mastering.
  7. A Hybrid Mixing Voucher cannot be used on a track that is already in the vocal processing or mixing and mastering stage. To use a Hybrid Mixing Voucher for any track, the studio should ideally be communicated before the recording begins the particular track.
  8. In case of 5 STEM Mixing, any track upto 4 mins can be mixed & mastered. The mixing and mastering is hybrid. Vocal Production is included for 1 Lead Vocal Layer & 2 Backing Vocal Layers.
  9. 5 STEM Mixing carries a project time of 15 days and is valid from the date of the recording of that particular track.
  10. Additional Vocal Layers can be purchased as per current studio prices.
  11. Hybrid Mixing Upgrade / 5 STEM Mixing Vouchers can only be redeemed on tracks booked onwards of 01/01/2024.
  12. Additional Services shall constitute all additional services not mentioned above as part of the package and shall be billed at current prevailing studio charges. Please contact the studio for the same.

Studio Bookings & Recordings

  1. Recording Sessions falling on Saturdays, Sundays and outside regular studio hours (1100-2100 Hours) cannot be rescheduled/modified in any manner. In case of any cancellations/no-shows Crukces shall not issue any refunds.
  2. Rescheduling of Recording Sessions is not valid in Valentine’s Week, Diwali Week, and between 15th-31st of December.
  3. For “within 24 hours” and “within the hour” Rescheduling of 4+ Hours Studio Bookings, 50% of the total session amount shall be charged as a cancellation fee.

Club Crukces General T&C

  1. Club Crukces Terms & Conditions apply over and above the studio terms and conditions.
  2. By purchasing a Club Crukces Membership you “Club Crukces Member” agrees to the terms and conditions.
  3. Crukces reserves the right to add/remove/amend the terms & conditions for all ongoing/future memberships without prior notice.
  4. Membership benefits are only applicable upon realized payments.
  5. Club Crukces Membership and all its vouchers and benefits are valid for one year from the activation of membership. The activation of membership shall be counted from the date of realized payment.
  6. The Vouchers and Benefits of the purchased Club Crukces Membership may be used by both the Primary or Add-on card holders.
  7. Add-on Cards are optional and can be purchased separately. Please contact the studio personnel for the same.
  8. By purchasing Add-on cards, one voucher can be used by one primary or add-on member only.
  9. Club Crukces Membership vouchers can be exchanged between Active Club Crukces Members, however the studio needs to be notified with the details of both the members and the voucher codes being exchanged. the studio shall not be liable for delays/loss from not following this process correctly.
  10. Clients (Membership holders) are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their Membership cards and Vouchers.

Additional Terms & Conditions

General Terms & Conditions

  1. These terms & conditions will apply to all projects and sessions in addition to other categorically specified terms & conditions above.
  2. Crukces Studio will only provide a watermarked 96kbps mp3 file with a reduced/specified audio spectrum until the full payment has been made.
  3. All charges are excluding GST. 18% GST shall be levied on all services.
  4. Invoices once generated shall not be modified.
  5. Any service/product that does not come as part of our standard offering shall be counted as an add-on. Add-on(s). include but are not limited to all revision costs, artist fees, studio fees, special, other charges, etc. Payment for all add-ons has to be made in full in advance.
  6. For “custom” projects, a customized quotation, and additional terms & conditions may apply. These can be discussed and put in form of a contract or services agreement.
  7. Crukces shall not be responsible for any project delays arising out of the client’s failure to pay the studio charges on time, delay in response/feedback, unavailability for production/recording/practice/mixing/editing sessions, and unable to set a defined vision for the soundtrack.
  8. In case of cancellations for projects booked but not started, the booking amount is not refundable. Projects once started cannot be canceled and no refund shall be issued.
  9. The client acknowledges & accepts that Crukces will be the sole legal owner of all the project/project-related content generated at Crukces, including all copyrights, and intellectual property rights until the payment is made in full.
  10. For all payments delayed by 30 days, you shall be charged an interest of 18% interest per annum for the remainder of the payment duration.
  11. All client files shall be stored for 1 year from the date of completion of the project in our Secure Server. Crukces shall not be responsible for ensuring future file compatibility for all stored files after 1 year. If the client wishes for their files to be deleted, they can inform the studio in writing.
  12. Crukces may use data created or collected from client interactions, including but not limited to client photos, audio recordings, and videos, for online or offline marketing and promotional purposes. If a client wishes to opt out of this use, they may inform Crukces in writing, and their data will not be used for these purposes.
  13. Crukces reserves the right to add/remove/amend the terms & conditions without prior notice.
