Internship At Crukces

An internship at Crukces Studios offers candidates the opportunity to immerse themselves in a dynamic and process-oriented environment, fostering growth and learning across various facets of a professional recording studio. Interns can expect to gain valuable insights into both music and non-music aspects of studio operations, enabling them to develop their skills and practice.

Additionally, as Crukces collaborates closely with Singulareti, our sister company specializing in architectural acoustic design and AV design, candidates will have the chance to expand their knowledge in acoustics and AV design.

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. undertake a comprehensive & meticulous internship program.
2.are available for a full time (in-studio) internship.
3. are available for the full duration of the internship
4. have relevant music production skills and interests and know the basics of Logic Pro & Ableton DAW. They should have had 1-2 months of experience working on it.
5. have the knowledge of basic music theory.

1. Learning and working on composing, producing, editing, mixing, and mastering songs and soundtracks.
2. Learning and working on studio operations, management, and setups/teardowns.
3. Learning and working on online and offline social media marketing, including creating content.

In summary, a 4-month internship provides foundational experience, while an 8-month internship offers deeper skills, greater responsibility, and better career prospects.

1. Learning & Skills

• 4 Months: You’ll learn the basics, such as studio setup, equipment use, and production. The focus is on getting comfortable in the studio.
• 8 Months: With more time, you can move beyond the basics, developing more advanced skills like mixing, mastering, and managing sessions.

2. Project Involvement

• 4 Months: Shorter duration means you may only be part of certain stages of a project, such as assisting during recording or production.
• 8 Months: You’ll likely see projects through all stages, from pre-production to post-production, allowing for deeper engagement.

3. Confidence & Independence

• 4 Months: You’ll still be adjusting to the environment, relying on guidance from others.
• 8 Months: More time leads to greater confidence and the ability to take on tasks independently.

Candidates who have successfully completed either one 8 month internship or two 4 months internships shall be eligible to apply for a full-time job at the studio (subject to available job openings).

Crukces has limited job openings from time to time, and internship candidates with outstanding performance shall be given preference.

Studio Address

The internship program at Crukces Studios only has 6 seats per year.

We look for candidates who have a basic to intermediate knowledge of the music production process and are comfortable with using the required softwares.

1. Candidates from Gurgaon City or a commutable distance shall be given preference.
2. Candidates who know how to play an instrument piano/guitar shall be given preference.

1. Interns are entitled to studio time for personal projects & practice during the period of their internship.
2. Interns receive free access to all internal & paid workshops & listening sessions held at Crukces during the internship.
3. Candidates receive an internship completion certificate upon successful completion.
4. Letter of Recommendation is given to outstanding interns.
5. All interns get a dazzling collection of plugins & softwares upon successful completion of their internship.

1. The internship is 5 days a week.
2. Working hours are flexible.
3. Dress Code is informal.
