CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

At Crukces Studios, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to provide fair flexibility while also maintaining the efficiency and integrity of our studio operations. This policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and related conditions for both individual studio bookings and full project engagements. By making a booking with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Studio Recording Sessions

1.1 Regular Hour Sessions (Studio A / B / C)

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling Window:

    Clients may cancel or reschedule their bookings up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty.

  • Within 24 Hours:

    Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the booking start time will not be accepted, and the session fee will be considered fully chargeable.

  • Weather Exceptions:

    In the event of severe weather conditions (such as heavy rain), Crukces Studios may, at its sole discretion, authorize a delay of up to 30 minutes for the session. No further extensions will be provided.

1.2 Night Hour Sessions

  • For bookings made during night hours, cancellations or rescheduling will not be allowed within 48 hours of the scheduled start time.

  • Any cancellation requests made within this period will result in the forfeiture of the full booking amount.

1.3 Sunday Sessions

  • Sessions booked on Sundays require additional advance notice.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the session start time.

  • Requests made within 72 hours will not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.


2. Full Project Bookings

2.1 Cancellation Before Project Commencement

  • Once a project has been booked, an amount equal to the booking fee or 20% of the total project value (whichever is lower) will be treated as non-refundable.

  • This ensures the studio’s commitment of time, resources, and personnel reserved for your project.

2.2 After Project Has Started

  • If the project has already commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Commencement of the project includes the start of recording, pre-production, or any related work allocated by the studio team.


3. Payments, Refunds & Timelines

  • Taxes: Any government taxes, duties, or charges applied to a booking are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Refund Method: Refunds, where applicable, will only be processed to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.

  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited back within 7–15 working days, subject to standard banking processes and payment gateway timelines.

  • Partial Refunds: Where partial refunds are applicable, the amount refunded will exclude non-refundable charges, booking fees, or taxes.


4. No-Show & Attendance

  • No-Show Policy: If a client fails to attend a booked session without providing the required cancellation or rescheduling notice, the session will be marked as a no-show, and the full session fee will be forfeited.

  • Late Arrival: Clients are expected to arrive on time. While we aim to accommodate, delays beyond the allocated session time cannot always be extended and will not entitle the client to refunds or discounts.


5. Transfer & Substitution of Bookings

  • Bookings are considered non-transferable to other individuals, artists, or organizations.

  • In exceptional cases, the studio may approve a transfer request if it is made in writing and well in advance. Such approvals are at the studio’s sole discretion.


6. Studio Rights & Discretion

  • Exceptional Circumstances: Crukces Studios reserves the right to make exceptions to the above rules in rare situations, such as emergencies, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond the client’s control.

  • Studio-Initiated Cancellations: If the studio must cancel or reschedule due to technical, operational, or unforeseen issues, clients will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled slot at no additional cost.

  • Policy Updates: Crukces Studios reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
