You can redeem minutes for up to 50% of your booked session time, with a maximum of 120 minutes per session on silver and gold tiers and maximum 150 minutes on platinum tier per day. The remaining 50% must be paid in cash.
Example: You book a 2-hour session (120 minutes). You can redeem up to 60 minutes from your balance and pay cash for the other 60 minutes.

Minimum redemption is 30 minutes per transaction, and your booking must be at least 2 hours long.

Your redemption rate depends on when you book your session and your tier:

Silver members redeem minutes on weekday daytime sessions, at a 1:1 rate — one minute from your balance for one minute in the studio. Weekends cost extra (1.2 minutes from balance per studio minute), no night redemption at all.

For Gold members weekdays stay at 1:1, weekends are 1.2:1, and night redemption (from 9pm to 11am) is at 1.5:1.

For Platinum members weekdays and weekends are both 1:1 — no weekend surcharge. and night redemption (from 9pm to 11am) is at 1.2:1. Compared to Gold, Platinum spends ~17% fewer minutes on weekends and 20% fewer minutes on nights.

Yes minutes expire after 12 months from the date they were earned.

No. Minutes cannot be combined with promotional discounts, seasonal offers, or other price reductions. Only one benefit applies per transaction — whichever one you choose at the time of booking.

On pre-bookings, minutes should be redeemed while booking the session. Minutes can also be applied to on-the-spot session extensions. Minimum redemption is 30 minutes. Up to 50% of the total session duration can be redeemed as minutes.
