At Crukces Studios, we are committed to providing a seamless experience whether you are booking our services, attending our events, or purchasing products (such as merchandise, equipment, or digital items) through our platform. Please read the following policy carefully, as it outlines our shipping, delivery, and exchange terms.
1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Order Processing
All physical product orders (such as merchandise, studio gear, or accessories) are processed within 2–4 business days of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp notification with tracking details (if available).
1.2 Delivery Timelines
Domestic Shipping (India): Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
International Shipping: Delivery timelines may vary between 10–21 business days depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and courier availability.
Please note that delays due to courier services, customs, or unforeseen events (strikes, weather, etc.) are beyond our control.
1.3 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on delivery location, weight, and size of the product.
For certain promotional offers or events, free shipping may be provided.
1.4 Digital Products & Services
For digital products (such as downloadable resources, tickets, or course enrollments), delivery is instant via email confirmation after payment.
For studio session bookings or event registrations, confirmation will be sent via email/WhatsApp once payment is processed.
2. Exchange & Return Policy
2.1 Physical Products
We accept exchanges or returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered to you.
Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, along with proof of purchase and photos/videos of the issue.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
Once inspected, we will offer either:
A replacement item,
An exchange for another product of equal value, or
A refund, credited back to your original mode of payment within 7–15 working days.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
Digital products (courses, downloadable content, tickets, passes, etc.)
Opened or used merchandise (such as T-shirts, mugs, or accessories)
Items purchased on final sale / clearance
Gift cards and vouchers
2.3 Services & Bookings
Studio Sessions, Courses, and Events fall under our Cancellation & Refund Policy, not under this Exchange Policy. Please refer to that page for detailed terms.
3. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
In such cases, Crukces Studios will arrange for a reverse pickup or reimburse shipping charges.
Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders for physical products may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
Once shipped, cancellations will not be possible, but you may still request a return or exchange (as per eligibility above).
5. Responsibility & Liability
Crukces Studios is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
In case of lost or undelivered packages, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue, but compensation is subject to the courier company’s terms.
